Dr. Michael J. Paulk, D.C.
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Michael J. Paulk graduated from University of North Florida’s College of Science with an associate’s degree in health sciences. He then followed up with Life University’s College of Science with a degree in Biology. He then went on to the university’s chiropractic program, where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. While there, he studied many techniques and was very active in the school’s medical outreach program. Following school, Dr. Paulk received over 130 hrs of post-graduate certification in golf-related injuries. With this certification, he and your golf professional can help eliminate barriers to your performance and get you playing pain-free once again.
Dr. Paulk has also received board-eligible diplomate training in Neurology through Northwestern Health Sciences University. He sub-specialized in board-eligible diplomate training in Neurodiagnostics (not limited to NCV/EMG testing) completed from Palmer College of Chiropractic. In addition, Dr. Paulk has received certifications in Spinal Decompression, Class IV Laser Therapies, Impulse IQ instrument adjusting, and Myovision dynamic range of motion with EMG testing (establishes objective data with personal injury and workman’s comp injuries). This training makes Dr. Paulk fully proficient in neuromuscular disease and its treatments.
Dr. Paulk is currently a member in good standing with both the Florida Chiropractic Physician Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Anthony Gioia has been a dedicated chiropractic physician since 1992, bringing over three decades of expertise and compassionate care to patients. With a profound commitment to health and wellness, Dr. Gioia has built a distinguished career marked by exceptional academic achievements and professional accolades.
In 1988, Dr. Gioia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 1991. Driven by a passion for chiropractic care, Dr. Gioia obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in 1992 from the National College of Chiropractic (now National University Health Sciences), and achieved board certification, demonstrating unwavering dedication to the highest standards of patient care.
Dr. Gioia’s pursuit of excellence continued with certification as a Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor in 1994. This specialization has enabled Dr. Gioia to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, helping patients recover and thrive.
As an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, Gioia remains engaged with the latest advancements in the field, ensuring patients receive the most effective and up-to-date treatments.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Gioia is a formidable force in the world of sports. Ranked 3rd in the nation in the 148-pound weight division for powerlifting for bench pressing in 1989, Dr. Gioia exemplifies strength and discipline. A black belt in taekwondo and experienced boxing coach, Dr. Gioia has specialized in combat sports for many years, bringing a unique perspective to patient care through sports-related expertise.
